We want to assure you that our staff is more vigilant than ever when it comes to your safety, and we are diligently following the recommendations of local, state, and federal health authorities.

At Urban Eatery, we have taken several precautionary steps beyond our standard, strict safety practices including providing information and reinforcing best practices around proper hygiene and illness prevention with all our staff.

Other safety protocols include:

• Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfection in all areas including high-touch points throughout our facility. We have ensured all cleaning agents fully comply with the E.P.A. recommendations for COVID-19.
• All our employees are required to have a wellness and temperature check before any shift. Everyone has also been advised not to report to work and to seek medical attention if they’re experiencing any symptoms or have come into contact with infected individuals.
• Strict physical distancing is enforced for all our employees and for any third-party vendors delivering goods or picking up orders.
• All our employees are required to wear proper face mask coverings and gloves. This also applies to any third-party vendors delivering goods or picking up orders.
• All our employees must regularly wash their hands throughout a shift. We have increased the availability of hand sanitizers and soap throughout our facility.
• We are limiting the occupancy of our Urban Eatery kitchen to only essential employees.
• We use digital menus and an online ordering system to reduce physical contact.

Customer Safety: We ask that you call (503-206-4753) instead of text when you arrive for curbside pickup orders. We also ask that you wear a face mask when receiving your order and respect physical distancing guidelines.
